LEWISBURG, WV (08/01/2014)(readMedia)– LEWISBURG, WV – The State Fair of West Virginia and the West Virginia Farm Bureau are pleased to present the ninth annual Farming Heritage Award to Mr. Charles Hunter and his family from Morgantown, WV.
