State Fair Entry Deadlines Nearing

 

LEWISBURG, WV (07/01/2010)(readMedia)– The 2010 State Fair of West Virginia is scheduled August 13-21 and thousands of exhibits and animals are entered for competition on an annual basis. Please note that important entry deadlines are nearing for all 2010 competitions. The deadline for paper entries for all livestock and home arts competitions is the close of the business day on Friday, July 9, 2010. Online entries for livestock and home arts and garden competitions may be made until the close of business Friday, July 16, 2010. The first entry deadline for the State Fair Horse Show is Friday, July 22nd, 2010. Entries made after that date will be considered a Post Entry and will be assessed a $10 per horse post entry penalty.
