Zoe Jean Fowler

Zoe Jean Fowler is a Nashville-based, country artist with a flair for storytelling and songs that make people cry(in a good way). Her debut record, “We All Change” gathered over 200,000 streams, catapulting her into the Nashville country scene and granting invites to play at some of the most epic venues in Music City. Returning to the state fair is especially meaningful for Zoe as her family, located in Lewisburg, operated a fair stand for almost 40 years.

The State Birds – a super group of award winning old-time musicians from around West Virginia – features 6-time WV State Fiddle Champion Tessa McCoy on fiddle, Charleston’s Cody Jordan on banjo, Elkins’ Jesse Milnes on guitar, GRAMMY winner Chance McCoy (of Old Crow Medicine Show) on mandolin, and Marlinton’s Joanna Burt-Kinderman on bass.
